RECON 2019 is the premier statewide conference on “all things recovery” in Virginia.  Designed to foster the continuing growth of the Virginia Recovery Movement, RECON 2019 will showcase some of the most progressive recovery practices, feature presentations and discussions on recent advances in providing recovery support services, and bring together the recovery community – individuals, families, allies, and professionals.

Sponsored by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and hosted by SpiritWorks Foundation, this conference intends to educate and motivate attendees to apply principles of recovery to both their personal and professional lives.  RECON 2019 will provide participants with a clear and comprehensive understanding of the status and direction of the fast-moving field of recovery support services in Virginia.  

RECON 2019 will take place August 26-27 at the Doubletree Hotel – Midlothian in Richmond, VA.  The size, venue and schedule of RECON 2019 are specifically designed to provide multiple opportunities for networking, connecting and learning.   Hope to see you there!
